Cuts for a Cause!

We took part in the Miller day at Pigtails and Crewcuts, and Ellie got her second haircut. She was so good and sat still the whole time. And afterwards, she got in some playtime with her buddies.

She had to take her purse and wallet with her and she kept it on her arm the whole time (even during her haircut)! We have been working on potty training and earlier that morning I told her that I was tired of buying pull-ups and that she needed to go on the potty. And she said, "I got some monies." Silly girl :)

With her boyfriend, Cole. Meredith and I have already arranged their marriage!

Two in the Tub!

Last week I decided that it was time to give them both a bath together. Ellie thought it was fun and liked scrubbing Mayes down. She got a little aggressive with the wash cloth and he cried a little. He didn't take his eyes off of her the whole time...I think he was afraid for his life!

Busted Lip

Ellie busted her lip the other night on our patio. And then later that night she reinjured it on her baby doll's hard head. Poor girl...it was lots of drama.

She thought she was being really sweet by letting Mayes have her Bunny...she told me to take a picture...it didn't last long!

This is a new thing she is doing with her hands when I take a picture...not sure what it means???

Tulsa Aquarium

My mom, Coe and I took the kiddos to the aquarium last week. It was a lot longer drive than I had expected but once we were there, Ellie had a blast. She was so excited she didn't even know what to do with herself...and I looked over one time and she was doing this bucking bronco thing on the ground...she just couldn't help herself over the excitement! Uncle Coe was her buddy and he showed her around the whole time. I think Mayes even liked looking at the fish :)

Go Hogs!

Nana got Ellie this cute Razorback cheerleading outfit, and we got it out last week for the Hog game. She wore it on Friday for our outing in Fayetteville and also to her date night with Daddy at the Naturals game. I had to wash it that night so that she could wear it again for game day :) I think we already have a big fan on our hands!

3 Months and the Zoo!

This sweet little guy turned 3 months old on the 1st! I cannot believe how fast time is going by! He is still such a good baby and just goes with the flow. He is a little attached to momma and I usually end up having to carry him around (thank goodness for the baby bjorn)! He goes to bed around 10 and then he gets up once in the early morning for a bottle but goes right back down until 8. He rolled over from his belly to back tonight! Not sure how long he could do this because we don't do a lot of tummy time but I had him in his bed and he just did it. We just love him so much and I can't imagine life without him :)

This is where he usually ends up while I'm cooking dinner.

He has stared to drool all the time!

He's starting to try to grab toys and put things in his mouth.

First time to wear shoes!

On Labor Day we took the kiddos to the Gentry Zoo. I had never been before so I thought it was the perfect day to go! Ellie loved seeing all the animals and walking through the petting zoo. She is not afraid of anything!

This pig was sooo gross! Notice the buck teeth.

They had pony and camel rides. Ellie chose to ride the pony. She loved it and cried when we had to leave.
