Back Home

We got back home on Sunday night, and it feels good to get back in our old routine! Ellie keeps getting bigger each day, and she is changing so much! She has started to roll from her stomach to back (while inclined on a pillow) and has grown a lot of hair in the last few weeks!

Little Owl Girl!

We got the cutest owl onesie as a gift, and I had to get some pictures of Ellie in it! Thanks Kelly and Bo! Future Chi-O maybe?
This is our last week in AR, and we have had such a good time getting to see everyone! It has been lots of fun but we need to get back to Daddy and Harper. We sure will miss Re and Papa James!!

What a fun Valentine's Weekend!

Ellie and I had so much fun in NWA seeing everyone! We had a good visit with Nana, and Ellie got to meet some more of my best buddies! She also got lots of fun Valentine's goodies! Daddy sent us some pretty flowers, and Uncle Cliff brought us the nicest baskets full of treats!!
(Oh, and Ellie is starting to give us some real, big smiles and laughs! It is the sweetest thing and makes me so happy!)

Here are some more pictures from our fun day on Monday! Here are the babies all lined up ready to go out to lunch. This is the only picture we got of all of them and sweet Annie is missing bc she was already in the car. These kiddos are going to be great friends one day!

Meeting More Friends!

Ellie and I went to Little Rock on Sunday afternoon to meet Carson. He is so cute and full of smiles! We stayed the night with Laura and Chuck, and Ellie did pretty good considering the new enviornment. It was so good to see all of them, and I know they will end up being the best of friends.
Then on Monday, we got to go over to Kathy's house and meet Perry, Annie, and Titus! I wish I had a picture of all of them together but it was a little crazy with four babies around! We all went out to lunch and it was so great catching up with everyone (the babies were on best behavior too). We miss everyone so much!

Meeting Friends

Ellie has had a lot of visitors while we are in AR! Some of my very best friends came home to meet her this weekend. I have known Avie and Kathryn practically my whole life, so I was so happy for them to meet her. Avie also insisted on getting in a picture with Darth (my brother's Great Dane). Coe and Miki also came in to see her too!

Having Fun in AR

We made it to AR on Sunday night, and Ellie did great on her first flight! The hardest part of all of it was trying to get all of her gear through security and onto the plane. As soon as we got in town, we took her over to meet Berta for the first time. Berta was so excited and had to immediately sit down and rock Ellie! It was really sweet, and I'm so glad Berta is still around to love on her! (She is 91, but don't tell her I told you that :)
Also, my Dad is obsessed with Ellie. He either has to be holding her or touching her constantly. He decided that his name will be "Papa James." I think it's cute!
And I guess I have to admit that Ellie looks just like her Daddy!! I think I might have to change her name to Carla!
